Hotel D79 is an 79-unit luxury hotel development located in Dania Beach, Florida, designed by SPS /Architects to deliver contemporary hospitality architecture within one of South Florida’s growing coastal markets. Positioned near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, and the region’s expanding entertainment corridor, this project responds to strong demand for boutique luxury accommodations in Dania Beach. The architectural concept is rooted in modern tropical design, defined by clean geometric forms, climate-responsive façades, shaded outdoor terraces, and a refined material palette selected for durability in a coastal environment. The massing strategy balances guest privacy with visual impact, creating a strong architectural identity while integrating seamlessly into the evolving urban fabric of Dania Beach.

The 79-unit layout was carefully planned to optimize operational efficiency, guest circulation, and long-term investment performance. Public spaces, lobby areas, and amenity zones were designed to create a memorable arrival experience while maintaining functional clarity for hotel operations. Our scope included site analysis, zoning coordination specific to Dania Beach, advanced 3D modeling, consultant integration, and full permit-ready construction documentation to support a streamlined development process.
