Located near Las Olas Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, this modern home was conceived to balance architectural clarity, climate-responsive design, and refined material expression. The composition is defined by clean white stucco volumes, expansive impact-rated glazing, warm wood accents, and carefully proportioned overhangs that provide shade and depth. Designed specifically for South Florida living, the residence maximizes natural light while protecting interior spaces from heat gain, creating a home that is both visually striking and environmentally responsive.

The interior layout emphasizes open-concept living, generous ceiling heights, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions that connect the main living areas to the pool terrace and landscaped yard.
